Our Story
Welcome to Bella's Gluten-Free Family, a nurturing haven crafted with love and rooted in the embrace of gluten-free living. I'm Isabella (Bella), a devoted Mum, and alongside my son Bear, we invite you into our world of thriving amidst gluten-related challenges, whether it's coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.
Our journey began in the winter of 2017 when I made the life-changing decision to remove gluten from my diet after several elimination diets due to a multitude of strange complaints. Shortly after, in January 2018, came the diagnosis for my son Bear, after 9 agonising months of varied symptoms felt like an eternity. I vowed to make sure he never felt deprived or limited by his dietary needs.
Navigating the world of gluten-free living initially felt like a daunting minefield. The scarcity of reliable information left me feeling isolated. Yet, that struggle became the driving force behind Bella's Gluten-Free Family. It's a testament to the strength and resilience of families facing similar challenges.
At Bella's Gluten-Free Family, we believe that living gluten-free shouldn't be a compromise; it should be a journey of fulfillment and abundance. Through years of dedicated experimentation and a passion for wholesome living, we've curated a collection of mouthwatering recipes that not only delight the taste buds but also nourish the body.
